1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Graphy AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Use of Service
Graphy AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to generate illegal content, spam, or to violate the terms of any underlying AI model provider.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Token System & Billing
Tokens are consumed when using AI features. Plan tokens reset monthly on your billing anniversary. Top-up tokens never expire. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused tokens.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated through Graphy AI is subject to the policies of the underlying model providers. You own the output generated using your account, subject to those provider policies. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our systems; resell access to the service without authorization; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphy AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
